1. Virtual currency

APEX Coins are a virtual, in-game currency used solely within the APEX RP FiveM server. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable outside the game except as enabled by server features.

2. Purchases & delivery

Coin purchases are processed by PayPal. Coins are credited to your account balance on payment confirmation and delivered to your linked FiveM character automatically, typically within 60 seconds while you are online, or on your next login if you are offline.

3. Refunds

All sales are final once coins are delivered, except where required by applicable law. If coins fail to deliver due to a technical fault, contact support on our Discord and we will resolve it.

4. Fair use & conduct

Chargebacks, fraud, or attempts to exploit the store may result in removal of coins and a ban from the server. You are responsible for keeping your Discord and FiveM accounts secure.
